1mSYNOPSIS0m
       1mlinsert 4m22mlist24m 4mindex24m 4melement24m ?4melement24m 4melement24m 4m...24m?

1mDESCRIPTION0m
This command produces a new list from 4mlist24m by inserting all of the 4mele-0m
4mment24m arguments just before the 4mindex24mth element of 4mlist24m. Each 4melement0m
argument will become a separate element of the new list. If 4mindex24m is
less than or equal to zero, then the new elements are inserted at the
beginning of the list. If 4mindex24m has the value 1mend22m, or if it is greater
than or equal to the number of elements in the list, then the new ele-
ments are appended to the list. 1mend-4m22minteger24m refers to the last element
in the list minus the specified integer offset.
